Guinness Punch Recipe

Guinness Punch is enjoyed all across the Caribbean and is quick and easy to prepare. Recipes vary from islands-to-islands but all comprise of the following basic ingredients Guinness, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and ground nutmeg.

This alcoholic milkshake tantalises the taste buds, sweet and slightly bitter at the same time. Served chilled, a great way to enjoy the popular stout with a twist.

    • 1/4 cup raw peanut or oats.

How to Make Guinness Punch?

    1. Add all ingredients except for condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to a blender and blend briefly.
    2. Add and blend in remaining ingredients condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
    3. Serve chilled or over ice.

Recipe Alternatives/Variations

    • Use 200ml full-fat milk as Nourishment / Nutriment / Supligen alternative.
    • Use semi-skimmed or low-fat milk if you want to cut back on calories.
    • For a vegan alternative use vegan milk and vegan condensed milk instead.
    • Some people add raw eggs to this recipe.
    • A dash of white or dark rum.

Guinness Punch Serving Suggestions

Garnish with some whipped cream and grated nutmeg and serve.
